Auburn University graduate with a Bachelor of Science in Human Development & Family Studies with a concentration in Childhood & Adolescence
My love for helping others has always been a part of my life. From helping other students in the classroom understand material back in second grade all the way to now where I lend an ear and some advice to my friends and colleagues. Since then, my passion to work with others, and help them grow and prosper has only gotten stronger. My personal life has granted me a unique lens to understand the experiences of children. This lens helps me understand tragic events such as deaths or poverty but also to promote mental health practices for a better life. My passion has led me to Auburn University, where I am now a graduate with a Bachelor of Sciences in Human Development and Family Sciences with a concentration in Childhood and Adolescents. As a graduate in HDFS, I studied the entire life cycle. This ranges from human interaction, social complexities and possible improvements, impact of environment all the way to parental roles in child/adolescent relationships. I plan to pursue a career where I can help make a difference within my community by helping young adolescents through their home and school life.
